Scholarship
The Scholarship Committee is
responsible for managing and awarding Lighting Scholarships to students
attending local colleges and university courses. Students may be
full-time (12+ semester hours) or part-time (carrying 6-11 semester
hours), provide proof of enrollment, and enrolled in undergraduate or
graduate programs pursuing the study of Architectural Lighting Design,
Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Landscape
Design.

Dodgeball Tournament
proceeds.

Bowling Tournament
In February, 2008 our
Bowling Tournament took place at the Red Rock Hotel's Bowling Alley.
Congratualations to "Split Happens" from Rise and Shine Lighting for being
the winning team.

Dodgeball
Tournaments
Our Annual Dodgeball Tournaments have
been a huge success for our scholarship programs – not to mention a
great ball of fun!
Our first tournament, in August 2005,
helped us raise money for our very first scholarship recipients and we
plan to continue this tradition for annual scholarships.
Dodgeball has been a great way for our
Section and associated lighting groups to get together and have some
fun. Below are some pictures from our past tournaments

The Membership Committee
strives to increase the local IES Membership and direct Members towards
Committees where they can be of service to the organization. If you are
